From the Hunsrück (A61 and B327)
Take the A61 motorway from Ludwigshafen to Cologne and exit at Boppard. Turn right onto the B327 (Hunsrückhöhenstraße). After 800 m take the left exit at the roundabout in Buchholz towards Brodenbach/Ehrenburg (this is the first exit on the right when coming from Koblenz).  Follow this road for 6.5 km and then take the entrance to the Ehrenburg on the left.

From the River Moselle
In Brodenbach turn onto the K72 and drive up Postberg, following the hairpin bends up the hill. After 5 km the entrance to the Ehrenburg is on the right.

Please note: the K72 is only suitable for cars/vans with a maximum height of 2.5 m and a length of up to 6 m!

Pony trekking

If you fancy exploring the countryside on horseback, Grenzenlos Wanderreiten has plenty to offer in the way of pony trekking. The Ehrenberg Sternritte or star rides, for example, not only include daily forays out into the countryside but also an unforgettable stay at the Ehrenburg for several days.

Leisure activities

A good hike, an exciting geocache, suspense on the local via ferrata or a gentle ride atop a horse are all perfect for a weekend in the great outdoors. There’s something for everyone here: families, children and seniors.
