On all Sundays and public holidays from Easter to November 1 the Ehrenburg comes to life. Visitors both young and old walk in the footsteps of the knights of Ehrenberg during an exciting castle tour or when shooting a bow and arrow or firing a catapult.
On certain Sundays and public holidays in the spring and autumn we celebrate our themed festivals at the Ehrenburg where adults and children alike are heartily invited to celebrate and dream with us at our Living Castle.
In our jubilee year in 2011 we added a brunch to our programme of events. Our Ehrenburg Morning Repast serves visitors specialities from the castle buffet on certain Sundays of the year.
The day is drawing to a close. Enter the mighty walls of the Ehrenburg and end the day in style!
The castle gates open on a day set within our historic walls which will indulge your senses to the full! Every Sunday in July and August the castle courtyard becomes a stage for various minstrels and travelling artistes, all of them masters of their art.
